4.3 Refunds for Business subscriptions purchased directly from the Company are generally not available but may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted to refund@develentum.com.

5.1 Users agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm the Company or third parties.
5.2 Users are prohibited from uploading any content that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
